The 5 Guidelines

1) Keep your carbohydrate to fiber ratio < 10 and the lower the better.

2) Men keep saturated fat </=15 grams a day. Women </=13 grams a day.

3) Don’t worry about protein. Really. Forget about it. 

4) 60% good, 30% medium, 10% less-than-good food decisions is the goal, not perfection.

5) Exercise 30-50 minutes a day 6 days a week.
